During his tenure at Gryffon Investment Advisors Pvt Ltd, Dnyanesh played a pivotal role as an Executive Director, focusing on business development and trading strategies. He developed market-neutral strategies and implemented performance models, contributing significantly to the firm’s success in offering advisory services to financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.

Dnyanesh’s extensive experience also includes leadership roles at J P Morgan Services Pvt Ltd and Citigroup Global Services Ltd, where he managed client reference data operations across various regions, implemented process improvements, and led multi-location projects. His achievements include securing top ratings in audits, reducing turnaround time, increasing productivity, and implementing effective controls and quality initiatives.

Moreover, Dnyanesh’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his role as the Founder and Director of Prakruthi Marketing Services Pvt Ltd, where he established the largest hardware distribution and retail network in South India for leading IT brands. His ability to build profitable businesses, manage teams, and navigate competitive markets underscores his multifaceted expertise in business management.

Dnyanesh holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Gopichand Surapaneni is a seasoned finance professional with extensive expertise in capital markets and client servicing. With a background of top executive roles in top-tier financial institutions, Gopichand has finely developed skills in identifying outperforming stocks, stock brokerage, and investment advisory.

As Country Head of a leading capital market intermediary in India, Gopichand was instrumental in crafting and executing the growth strategy for the brokerage division to meet diverse client needs. In the process, he helped establish the group as a leading player in the business.

Gopichand’s illustrious career also includes leadership roles at JRG Securities Ltd. (now Inditrade) and subsequently, Fort57 Capital Partners where he spearheaded strategic initiatives and drove business growth. With a strong foundation in risk management, he has a focus on risk-adjusted returns.

Gopi stays in Hyderabad with his family and is an avid investor.

Rimpal Chawla, CFA, is an investment professional with over two decades of experience in global financial markets and is the Founder & CEO of Anitya Ventures, a boutique investment and business advisory firm.

He co-founded Vasisth Relative Value Fund, a SEBI registered Alternative Investment Fund (hedge fund), in 2015. Under his stewardship, the Fund has maintained a highly successful track record, employing a long-short relative value strategy. Additionally, Rimpal is the co-founder of Ninebark Advisors, a SEBI registered investment advisory firm in India. Since its inception in 2017, Ninebark Advisors has actively managed equity portfolios for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), providing tailored investment strategies.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Rimpal held senior leadership roles at renowned financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and Citibank. With a focus on Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Distressed Assets, and Capital Markets, he demonstrated expertise in managing global Alternative Investments businesses. He currently resides in Hyderabad with his wife and daughter.
